Sam’s Delicious Pancakes

Instead of using water or milk in your pancake mix use a fruit juice.

Always add some Oatmeal to mixture

Add fruit, spices, nuts, raisins etc

If you like pumpkin flavor add some of a can with water, oats and pancake mix and mix until consistence is right. Adding more water or mix if needed

Eventually graduate to and Whole wheat pancake mix

Buy organic whole grain rolled oats and make as directed.

Before bed place all ingredients in a bowl (same as direction label) and let sit overnightWake up and it’s already done.  The more we process our food the less we have of the enzyme, vitamins and minerals.
