Ingredients Ravensara (Ravensara aromatica) is referred to by the people of Madagascar as the oil that heals. It is antiseptic, anti-infectious, antiviral, antibacterial, antifungal, and expectorant. It has been used to treat influenza, sinusitis, bronchitis, and herpes. Eucalyptus (Eucalyptus radiata) may have a profound antiviral effect upon the respiratory system. It may also help reduce inflammation of the nasal mucous membrane. Peppermint (Mentha piperita) is a powerful anti-inflammatory and antiseptic for the respiratory system. It is used to treat bronchitis and pneumonia. High in menthol and menthone, it helps suppress coughs and clears lung and nasal congestion. Wintergreen/Birch (Gaultheria procumbens) is strongly anti-inflammatory and antispasmodic. It is analgesic and reduces pain. Lemon (Citrus limon) increases microcirculation and promotes immunity. Application Dilute 1 part EO to 1 part vegetable oil. Possible sun/skin sensitivity. Diffuse/humidify, directly inhale, or add 2-4 drops to bath water. Apply to throat and lung area and foot Vita Flex points. Use as hot compress over lungs or with Raindrop Technique. To use in suppository dilute with vegetable oil 1:10 and retain during the night.
