No one diet works for everyone.  When the experts say, “dairy is good for you” or “fat is unhealthy,” it’s too much of a generalization. One person’s food is another person’s poison, and that’s why fad diets don’t work in the long run.

We need to improve our health by changing poor diet habits to healthy ones. In our American society this can be difficult but, with prayer and determination, you can have a healthy and happy family. The best way to transform your health is to embrace a positive lifestyle change.

When eating whole foods in their original state - you ensure that all of your body's systems get the proper nutrition required. Whole foods carry out all the requirements of your body's nutritional needs - absorption, assimilation and elimination - the essentials of a healthy body system. Learning what foods create an inflammation response is vital to repair your body.

Stacey will assess your current state of health to identify root cause(s) of any symptoms or conditions you may be concerned about. All things play a roll; life stresses, age, activity level, metabolic rate, chemical saturation, and your medical history. Then, assessing your personal goals then recommend an approach based on your body's' needs and your goals. 

I believe in "health from nature." Only natural, non-toxic agents are recommended for building total health. Learning to eat well is a lifelong process; we should "eat to live, not live to eat."

Eat living and uncooked organic foods: Living raw foods retain a higher level of enzymes, vitamins, minerals, phytonutrients and fibers. Eat smaller portions: Reduce the burden on the digestive system for optimum health and longevity. Eliminate processed foods, sugar, and other stimulants so you will start to become aware of what your body truly needs in order to thrive. Total health is a perfectly balanced state of body, mind and spirit.

This is where we determine and set up your realistic goals and provide you with guidance to help you reach them. Changes need to be addressed and implemented gradually; education is an important part of this process. Everyone's biochemistry is different and there is no one diet that is right for everyone.

This 1st session involves discussion and exploration of your diet, cravings, teach you how the body works, exercise habits, medical history, stress, and personal lifestyle choices. During this session we will evaluate your health, identify problems, and strategically design a winning plan that will work with your specific lifestyle, satisfy your personal taste, and supply you with the type of nourishment and other guidance you need to create your best health possible.

In-Home Nutrition Detox and Make-Over

Overview:  $35hour
I will come directly to your home to identify toxic chemicals that may unknowingly exist, and to explore healthier options that can drastically improve your health. This is a hands-on, practical appointment that will be beneficial in learning how to have a healthier lifestyle.

The home visit entails a consultation regarding lifestyle, habits, any health issues or dietary restrictions, etc. We will look at current food choices, both in the home and away from home. Clients are educated in healthier options and a new grocery list is developed. If desired there is even a joint visit to the neighborhood market. See Grocery Store Field Trip option.

A detailed exploration inside your living environment; your cabinets, your refrigerator, your water supply, cleaning supplies, ventilation systems, etc. Showing you how to organize your health.

Approximate Time:  1.5 - 2 hours

Grocery Store Field Trip

Overview:  $35 hour
I will take you on a personal field trip to the grocery store and teach you how to successfully navigate your way to good health.  This extremely helpful one-on-one time should have a dramatic impact on your ability to distinguish between healthy products and products that masquerade themselves as "healthy". I will show you how to detect hidden dangers in foods by reading the labels so you can make wiser food choices. I will share my wealth of knowledge on chemical saturation that took almost 2 years to attain.


An in depth evaluation of products you would usually buy, and helpful knowledge on how to read labels more accurately. It will also cover better options for buying cleaning supplies, and pet foods. Teach you how to return the things that are not healthy for you and get your money back.

In-Home Family Nutritional Counseling

Overview: $100 flat rate
I will come directly to your home and help you and your family identify toxins in your food, drinks and skin care. I have found that once you show children what is in the food and how it affects your family health they are very eager to change there diet and explore healthier options.

A detailed exploration inside your living environment; your cabinets, your refrigerator, your water supply, cleaning supplies, ventilation systems, etc.

Approximate Time:  2.5 – 3 hours

Training for Healthy Cooking

Overview:  $35hour
In this session you will receive private, healthy cooking lessons. You will learn helpful techniques to create power-packed meals. Your personal interests and cooking styles will be specifically addressed so you can apply them to your real-life situations.

A discussion on cooking methods and address the critical benefits for RAW-food meals, and you will learn some simple dishes that are delicious and easy to make. This is an incredibly helpful tool to set up menu planning to aid you in your daily decision of what to make. I like to use kitchen tools; Cuisinart – Griddler, VitaMix, and Food Processer.
